Job Profile
Person should have strong communication and presentation skills
Responsible for Recruitments
Set up of jobs and screening questions and ensuring job postings are up to date
Screening CVs applications internal / external
Manage the Joining and On boarding for new joinees
Maintaining Employee records Responsible for Salary Wages Administration,maintaining leave records. Take ownership of and provide high quality day to day administration
Training & Performance Appraisal.HR Policy Implementation
Employee Engagement Activities Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff
Employee grievance handling & counselling- understanding of issues and advise on further steps
Exit formalities and F&F processing.Ensure complete documentation of all new joinees and creation of employee file with all documents as per checklist.Bank account and Address updating of New or existing employees
Responsible for interviewing and hiring candidates
Responsible for career discussion, negotiating salaries, joining formalities and offers coordination
Experience in Office Administration, Attendance & Leave Management
Efficient in paperwork and documentation related to HR (appointment letters, termination letters, policy drafting etc.)
