5. Experience
• 0-2 years’ experience in IT Recruitment
• Knowledge of MS Windows.
• CCNA/RHEL/MCSE will be added advantage
• Knowledge of Core Java / C++/.NET/MySQL Data Base will be added advantage.
6. Essentials for the role
• Excellent communication and research skills with ability to communicate effectively.
• Good knowledge of programing languages / operating systems (Windows / Linux ).
• Good Knowledge of IT Industry
• Ability to understand the existing and new requirements of client quality processes and continuously monitor its implementation/compliance by Questt Consulting.
• To maintain the documents and reports on regular basis and ensure the compliance to clients and Questt Consulting requirements.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate cross functions at different levels.
• Excellent analytical skills with high inquisitiveness towards new technologies.

• Talk to candidates and accept willingness to work on profiles as per clients requirement
7. Responsibilities :
• Responsible for carrying out IT recruitment
• Short list the profiles for IT recruitment after interviewing and screening
• Talk to candidates and accept willingness to work on profiles as per
clients requirement
• Line up candidates for next round
• Liase with clients
• Schedule interviews of candidates with client
• Knowledge of IT Technical recruitment in IT Industry (Programming
Skills(Core Java, Database admin (MySQL), Linux networking
• Staffing of candidates and close open positions
• Recruitment
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Power point
• Manage the database and tracker for the opportunities and candidates
• Good knowledge of programing languages / operating systems (Windows / Linux ).
• Effectively plan to close open positions of clients in timely manner as per clients expectations
• Interpersonal skills: Must be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication. Ability to listen to others and exchange information and knowledge clearly and concisely.
• Team working: Must be able to work closely with the project team and other internal stake holders.
• Ability to perform under time constraints depending upon the business requirements.
